Stephen Townsend

Managing Director

Stephen founded TBDC and grew it from an independent decorating company into a successful main contractor specializing in full interior and exterior refurbishments. As managing director, he controls finances, quality control, and health & safety, while maintaining the company’s ethos and ensuring that quality is our priority in every project.

Kevin Moore

Director of Operations

With over 40 years of experience in Central London’s commercial and residential refurbishment market, Kevin brings invaluable expertise to TBDC. He oversees office administration, estimating, valuations, and project management, ensuring all staff and subcontractors meet the company’s high standards.

Paulo Mendes

Director of Bespoke Joinery & Project Management

Paulo has 30+ years of Experience/knowledge/Flair for delivering practical as well as stylish design solutions for all types of Bespoke Joinery, Restoration,Kitchen, Bedroom and bathroom Cabinetry. He oversees the Joinery Factory and also Site Project Management on a daily Basis.
